The accommodation facility has house rules for the well-being of all guests. Please follow them.
- Smoking is prohibited in the building. Smoking is permitted on the terrace, but cigarette butts must be extinguished in the ashtray.
- Pets are welcome.
- The facility is intended for rest and relaxation, therefore after 10 p.m. it is necessary to maintain peace and quiet and be considerate of neighbors. If neighbors do not comply and create noise, please let us know. (Noise violation is prescribed in the Public Order and Peace Act in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 8 (ZJRM-1)).
Please close the front door and do not leave the building unlocked. You open it with the key you received - so always keep it with you when you leave. - The property is fully equipped: bed linen, towels, kitchenware, cutlery and basic food preparation supplies (salt, pepper, sugar). For cleaning, you have a cloth, sponge, detergent and cleaning cloths. The property is equipped with toilet paper, soap and garbage bags.
- Tap water is drinkable.
- By arrangement and for a fee, laundry and ironing services are also available, as well as the purchase and delivery of locally produced cold snacks and vegetables, honey, bread, etc.
- Please separate your waste to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Waste separation containers are located in the facility.
- Parking for guests of the facility is available directly in front of the facility and is under video surveillance for the safety of your property.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the facility, the password is written in the facility.
- The property is equipped with satellite television, a list of channels is available on the TV set.
- The tenant uses all devices in the apartment in accordance with the instructions for safe use and takes care of the equipment as a good steward. If he causes intentional damage or damage due to negligence, he is obliged to compensate for it at the assessment of the owner of the building. Intentional and deliberate damage to devices, equipment and inventory is prescribed in the Republic of Slovenia with a penalty in Article 220 of the Criminal Code (KZ-1).
- If there is a malfunction in the plumbing or electrical system or other equipment failure, the tenant must immediately notify the landlord via SMS, email gold.gorazd@gmail.com or call tel. no. 0038640-886-960. The malfunction will be repaired within 12 hours.
- Fire regulations, including evacuation routes, are posted in the facility. In the event of a fire, follow the fire regulations and find out in advance about the location of the fire extinguisher.
- Upon departure, guests must wash the dishes, remove the trash, and clean the grill (if used).
- Visits are permitted, but overnight visitors are not allowed during your stay.
- The landlord is not responsible for valuables and money located in the facility and vehicles in the parking lot in front of the facility. Valuables and money can be stored by the tenant in a safe deposit box in the facility.
- The tenant undertakes to compensate for any damage caused to the landlord.
Use of the jacuzzi
- The Jacuzzi is available by prior arrangement with the landlord.
- The price of use is 20€ per use (up to 2 hours).
- It is mandatory to shower before use.
- Use of the jacuzzi is allowed until 10 pm.
- It is not allowed to use soaps, shampoos, oils or other cosmetic products in the jacuzzi.
- Please do not consume alcohol in the jacuzzi and do not enter it under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Use of the jacuzzi is at your own risk.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of children.
- After use, please cover the jacuzzi with a cover.
