These general terms and conditions govern the use of the website and the booking process for tourist accommodation provided by Gorazd Šeruga, supplementary farm activity (hereinafter referred to as: the provider).

Service description
We offer guests the option of online booking of accommodation in an apartment located in Haloze, Slovenia.
Reservation process
The reservation is made via an online form, where the guest enters the desired dates of stay and personal information. The reservation becomes valid only after confirmation and successful payment by credit card.
Prices and payments
All prices are quoted in euros (€). Payment can be made by credit card through a secure payment system. After payment is completed, the guest will receive a confirmation via their email address.
Cancellation and refunds
Gost lahko brezplačno odpove rezervacijo do 7 dni pred prihodom. Za odpovedi v krajšem roku se zaračuna 100 % vrednosti prve nočitve. Podrobnosti so opredeljene v poglavju »Politika odpovedi in vračil«.
Safety and responsibility
The provider is not responsible for technical errors in the online system or disruptions in payment providers. The guest is obliged to enter accurate information.
Jurisdiction and dispute resolution
The court in the Republic of Slovenia has jurisdiction over all potential disputes.
By using our website and making a reservation, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation of reservation
Gost lahko brezplačno odpove rezervacijo do 7 dni pred predvidenim prihodom.
In case of cancellation at short notice, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Refunds
In the event of a justified refund (e.g. payment error), the amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
Returns are processed within 10 business days at the latest.
Refunds in exceptional cases (e.g. illness, accident) are possible based on evidence and at the discretion of the provider.
Privacy Policy (GDPR)
Data collection
We collect the following personal information when making a reservation:
- first and last name
- Email address
- phone number
- reservation and payment information
Purpose of data collection
We use the data for:
- execution and confirmation of the reservation
- invoicing
- informing guests about reservation details
Data access
Only the accommodation owner and contracted processors (payment providers and Bentral) have access to the data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

The website may use technical cookies for proper functioning and statistical cookies for analytics (Google Analytics).
House rules
Dear guests, for a pleasant stay, we ask you to observe the following rules:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Hišni ljubljenčki so dovoljeni izključno po predhodnem dogovoru. Doplačilo znaša 10 € na dan na žival.
- Parties, hen and stag parties, and similar events are not allowed.
- Nighttime silence applies between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- The guest is responsible for any damage caused. In case of major damage, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
- Upon arrival and departure, we expect respectful communication and timely arrival and departure.
